Leadas Systemology

Our Process

Through years of working with business owners and following the leading thinkers in business, we have observed that the only lasting change comes from holding great people accountable by using systems to build and run the business.

Yes, you need to be clear on the strategic questions of why you exist and where you’re going and how you’re going to get there. Yes, it’s true that everything we create starts with an idea. But without systems you cannot bring these concepts into reality.

Implementation trumps ideas and information.

At Leadas, we define systems very broadly. We include:

- Processes, documentation, and practices
- Technology
- Positions
- Environment

The System Creation cycle consists of four steps:

  1. Identify opportunity
  2. Create a system solution
  3. Implement
  4. Review and improve

If you know how to sell, market, and deliver your product or service, but are surrounded by chaos, a B or lower team, lack of direction, inefficiency or inconsistency, you need a Systems Audit to see what opportunities exist to improve your business.

There are three main areas to all businesses:

  1. Sales and marketing
  2. Operations
  3. Finance and tracking

Each of these areas runs on people using systems.

The company exists in a certain environment and has goals, vision and culture while implementing with specific strategy. On a daily basis, everyone involved in the business must set priorities and use the limited resource of time to effectively manage the tasks at hand. He must engage a combination of short term and long term thinking and action to move and grow the business.

All of this must be layered with accountability – for without that, we would not perform at our highest levels with any consistency.
